Holiday Homes Rummens

Fermette La Planche used to consist of a house (currently our own holiday home) and a large barn with cow shed (converted into 2 comfortable holiday homes/gîtes).

 

As an owner/landlord, we naturally attach great importance to the satisfaction of our guests. After all, a stay in the middle of nature does not necessarily mean that there should be no comfort.

 

For us personally, a holiday is already half a success if we can doze off in a bed with a decent, high-quality mattress, enjoy well-functioning sanitary facilities and find a fully equipped kitchen.

 

Furthermore, both gîtes and domain are characterized by child-friendliness, luxury and everyday comfort. Both gîtes recently received a 3 star rating according to the new classification 2022 of furnished tourist accommodations from A TOUT FRANCE.

 

Gîte " L'Escale" is located at the front of the former barn with its own entrance, a covered private terrace and an enclosed private garden.

 

Gîte "Bellevue" is located at the back of the former barn with also a separate entrance, one covered private terrace and a private enclosed garden. 

 

Each gîte is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons (3 bedrooms) + 1 infant (<2y.).

 

The gîte has a cozy living room with a sitting area equipped with a Smart TV with digital satellite receiver, a radio-CD installation and wireless Fiber internet (WIFI) (500Mbps!).

 

In the dining room / kitchen of each gîte, there is a dining area with 6 chairs. ​

 

As joint accommodation for the 2 gîtes, there is a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with a chlorine-free cleaning method.

 

Around the pool, there are 12 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a summer kitchen, a BBQ, a covered terrace and a family jacuzzi. All this is surrounded by a 2.5m high natural stone wall.

 

Behind the pool, a jeu de boule court, a swing and a small fish pond are situated.
