Our luxurious villa for 10 persons + 2 infants < 2 years old, completely renovated, is situated in a quiet residential area at only 600m from the beach of Moraira. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can be found within 300m. The villa offers beautiful sea views from all levels.

The villa is located on a flat plot of 1000m², enclosed by a wall. Its location at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a plot of forest land guarantees absolute tranquility at only a few minutes from the beach.
​
This villa, although equipped with 3 car pitches, is the ideal choice for those who do not want to use the car or use it as little as possible during their holiday. With a 5-minute walk to the first restaurants, the department store and within walking distance to the beautiful beach "Playa de la Ampolla" of Moraira with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants, this house offers a pleasant transition between rest, relaxation and entertainment.

The electric entrance gate gives access to the private area with a villa that has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with an open kitchen, a large private swimming pool (10 x 5m) with solar panels for auxiliary heating from May until October, 3 outdoor terraces on the ground floor, a garden, an outdoor kitchen/pool bar, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower and a laundry and ironing room.

Those who prefer a shady spot next to the swimming pool can find it under the spacious pergola.

The living area of this villa is 250m². The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning cooling / heating.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls (high-speed fibre).
​
On the ground floor, there is a separate lockable apartment consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 / with a solid mattress with a double duvet), TV with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, an open kitchen with a large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, etc., a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 / box spring topped with 1 pocket spring mattress with a double duvet) and a spacious built-in wardrobe, a storage room, a bathroom with a double sink, a spacious shower and a toilet. Finally, there is a covered, lockable terrace with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a dining area, followed by a spacious open terrace with electric blinds.

The first floor is accessible via an outside staircase and includes a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, Smart TV with IPTV decoder (Internet Protocol Television) with more than 150,000 free TV channels, an open kitchen with large fridge / freezer combination, gas stove, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc and a breakfast bar.

The spacious, covered terrace offers space to10 persons to eat together and is also equipped with electric blinds.
The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 / box spring with 1 pocket spring mattress on top) with a double duvet), a small desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a private terrace with sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, sink and toilet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 / box spring topped with 1 pocket spring mattress with a 1-person duvet), a spacious built-in wardrobe and an identical bathroom en-suite.
The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 / box spring topped with 1 pocket spring mattress with a double duvet), a spacious built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, sink and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are mandatory and to be reserved while making your villa reservation.

From the covered terrace, the staircase gives access to the roof solarium/terrace of 50 m² where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view while relaxing in the spacious lounge corner.

Near the pool, an outdoor kitchen is situated with a large gas barbecue, ceramic hob, sink, large fridge / freezer combination and a long club table in trespa that provides space for 10 guests. There is also a sanitary room with toilet, urinal and sink. A third room provides a washing machine, dryer, iron, ...

Electricity: 250 kWh/week (normal consumption) included in the price. Additional consumption 0.40€/kWh.

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Pets are prohibited.

Nice house well equipped and a lot of space for everyone. Everything is in walking distance (the closest supermarket doesn't exist anymore), even a gym for our sports lovers but with the heat it's sometimes better to go by car,

Super lækkert hus , med plads til alle. Girder i gå distance til det meste. Kan anbefale at lejebil , hvis man vil lidt længere væk end til Moraria. . Can varmt anbefale at leje dette hus . Frank har været behjælpelig whole vejen .

Villa tranquila, cercana a la cala l'Andragó, cuenta con restaurantes y supermercados en el entorno inmediato. El interior de la casa está muy cuidado. Cuanta con todos los utensilios que puedas necesitar. La zona de barbacoa y piscina está muy bien. The connection wifi is mejorable.

We were 4 couples celebrating 4 50:th birthdays. The Villa was superb aswell as Frank, the owner, and Joanna, the friendly woman who accommodated us. Wonderful stay. Moraira itself is has a lot of good restaurants, nice people and several good beaches just 10 min walk(rocky) and 15 min walk(sandy) away. Grocery shop 5 min walk. Highly recommended. Deposit was paid back as agreed, so no worries. The only bad thing about Moraira is the taxi service. Only one company and it sucks big time!!

Shops, terraces and beach within walking distance. House is well maintained and fully equipped. Moraira is a nice cozy village, we were there in April / May. It was pleasantly busy. No mass tourism .. The reception of Joana was very friendly and hospitable.

Kaere Frank,. Du har et fantastisk hus, velindrettet og med alt hvad der skal være for at gæster og hus fungerer, det levede helt op til vore forventninger! Da vi lejede huset var beskrivelsen at huset lå på en stllle villavej, uden larm og støj. Du fortalte ikke at der var byggepladser på 2 nabogrunde. Specielt i vores anden uge var det til så stor gene at vi ikke fra kl.08.00 morgen til kl. 20.00 kunne være i huset for støj, støv og larm! Onsdag -torsdag blev der gravet ud til foundation med concrete hammer, forestil dig hvad det betyder af gener, jeg ringede til Joana medens arbejdet stod på så hun gennem telefonen kunne høre larmen, men hun kunne jo ikke stoppe byggeriet der havde tilladelse til at arbejde. Når
byggepladserne er færdigbygget kommer vi gerne igen til dit dejlige hus.. Med venlig hilsen.

The Sol Y Mar villa is perfectly equipped for a family holiday. The 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are well equipped. We cooked together all day and dining under the starry sky, next to the pool, was super relaxing.
The weather was perfect and you could cool off in the pool or in the house (good air conditioners everywhere).
The region was new to us, definitely worth exploring.

An ideal location and lovely views from the villa. Supermarket and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Small beach and bars/restaurants a 15 minute stroll away. Main beach and town a 30 minute stroll with beautiful views of the coastline. The villa was very clean and spacious and perfect for our family of nine. It was very well appointed. We would definitely not hesitate in returning. Joanna, the contact, was very approachable and helpful. It was a nice touch having the pool floats/toys which the children enjoyed using. We did use the local taxis to return to the villa from the main beach and town as the walk is uphill.

Vi var två familjer bestående av fyra vuxna och fem barn i åldrarna 8-12 år. Villan är mycket väl utrustad och är perfekt för två familjer då den är uppdelad i två lägenheter, vilket gör att man kan semestra tiillsammans men ändå ha sin egen del. Huset och poolen var mycket fräscha.
Det tog mindre än 10 minuter att gå tillnärmaste strand som är en fin stenstrand med flera restauranger i anslutning till stranden.

Firstly, I would like to thank Joana for greeting us and making us feel so welcome and settled us in, she also amazingly turned up in the early hours to see us off, from our lovely two week stay in this beautiful villa.. . As a family of 7 - with an age range from 52 down to 2 1/2 years old - we had everything we needed, the villa was 'exactly' as the pictures and we wanted for nothing.
Also, having the different living areas suited the whole family, the little ones loved the down stairs apartment and we had our own space upstairs... so it all worked out perfectly. . . But the best thing of all was the outside 'barbeque kitchen area facilities' we used this for everything.
And the laundry room was a great addition.. . The location was also brilliant ... the supermarket(s), a lot of the great restaurants (highly recommend The Olive Tree and Kostas) all within walking distance and the beach and marina we could walk down to but a taxi was a handy option to get back on some occasions - which only cost around 6 euros.. . I would highly recommend this villa and thank you also to Frank for your excellent customer service and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.. . Oh ... and the weather was AMAZING too!. . Many thanks. The Bell Family

Complete inventory, no shortage of plates, glasses, etc. Very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated.
In addition, the villa is very clean. A lovely swimming pool with beautiful sun loungers and beautiful garden furniture. The outdoor kitchen was also a nice addition. In short, a wonderful house for a relaxing holiday.

Luksushus med alt, hvad man behøver. Fungerede fint for alle 10 Familiemedlemmer - frababyer/barn via teenager til forældre og bedsteforældre - og der er plads til både fællesskab og privatliv i det store hus. Dejlig pool, dejligt område med udendørs grill. Det er ikke noet at sætte fingeren på!

We were two families with kids, age 3-10, who stayed in this villa for almost two weeks. The house and the place are absolutely beautiful. The area is very peaceful and private. Within a short walking distance, you will find bars, supermarket, restaurants and beaches. The pool was great, and the villa had a lot of different places to relax in the sun, but also out of the sun.
The villa is modern and have everything you need, and more.. Both Frank and joana are polite, serviceminded and helpful! We have only good things to say about this villa. We enjoyed our time there a lot, and would recommend it to others!

We were a family of nine. Grandparents with two sons, wives and grandchildren. Frank and Joanna were at the villa to greet us and explain how everything worked. Joanna was swift to respond to any texts with queries. We loved the villa - it had every piece of equipment you could want - and was so comfortable and very smartly furnished with modern bathrooms and kitchen.
Moraira was a great town with lovely beaches and restaurants. Just ten minutes down the road was a supermarket but tester than that a great beach bar and restaurant overlooking the rocks with a small beach the children could play on white we supped our chilled beers. This was our favorite haunt. I can't recommend Sol y Mar enough.

Fantastiskt fint semesterhus i den underbara byn Moraira.. Renoverat till hög standard av ägaren själv under2015.. AC i alla sovrum, massor med uteplatser, både under tak och i det fria. Härlig pool för avsvalkande bad, fina solsängar vid poolen. Nära till allt, matbutiker, barer, restauranger, fina stränder. Perfect for två familjer.

From someone who travels a lot, and has worked in 5* hotels for many years, this place is exceptional. A beautifully designed villa, in a fantastic location. Wonderful views from the roof terrace, every item provided you could think of, and most importantly a very friendly and welcoming owner. We were a family of 8, aged 24-60, and could not recommend enough.

I have been visiting Moraira for the last five years and had of course very high expectations to renting CASA SOL Y MAR. How could CASA SOL Y MAR compete with the villa we usually rented and love so much. We were not at all dissapointed. The villa is superb in every way.
Perfect location, interior and exterior. I need space, air, light and a sea view and I got it all. All of us visiting CASA SOL Y MAR know Moraira from earlier. We know exactly what we want to do, where to go, eat, visit and so on. CASA SOL Y MAR is located perfectly near everything you need having the best vacation. Really you do not need a car, but as we play golf and tennis we need a car to get around, but apart from this you can walk everywhere.
All you need is only minutes away. Thank you host Frank for a lovely stay. We'll be back for sure if our dream does not come through - our own villa in Moraira. . Best regards Ingrid from Norway

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks. Everything has been perfect in relation to renting the house from first contact to the owner Frank. The house itself , the grounds, the pool and the view from the house's various terraces and balconies are stunning . There is nothing missing in the house.
The Moraira and the area which the house is located in is beautiful and peaceful compared to many other coastal cities that we have visited on the Costa Blanca coast. We will definitely come back.

Casa Sol Y Mar was excellent! We rented this modernized, private villa with a marvelous sea view for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. It was a very comfortable villa, finished to a high level with Wi-Fi, music, etc. and last but not least; really practical. . The kitchens were very well equipped with everything one could possibly need; lots of appliances, plates, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and other utensils. Everything was brand new. Although we love to dine in restaurants during our holiday, it was a pleasure to cook our own meals! It was great to discover the gas BBQ in the outside kitchen near the pool. Even more great, was to watch the children having fun in the pool while we were near, having our daily cocktail at the bar.
The water of the swimming pool was 30°C. We loved it!! . We walked into town on several occasions. It was really not far. Moraira was a great place with lots of restaurants, shops and even an entertainment park. We enjoyed every single day; one day we made long walks along the coasts, the other day we enjoyed the luxury of our villa. . Frank, the owner was very helpful.
Communication before and arrangements afterwards were always correct. We felt very confident in every detail. . Bottom line, only good things to say. . Our most relaxing holiday is when the kids are having a great time. . This surely was one of our best holidays! . We will definitely return to Moraira and no doubt about it...to Casa Sol Y Mar.

Rented Casa Sol Y Mar in Moraira together with a number of befriended couples. Beautifully renovated villa with all the trimmings in a quiet area. Enjoyed the magnificent view of the Balearic coast from the sunny roof terrace. The photos speak for themselves, fully correspond to reality. The villa is more than fully equipped to relax and enjoy the pool, the many small beaches or the pleasant town of Moraira. With the two kitchens and an outdoor kitchen available, we sometimes cooked together or enjoyed the conviviality and delicious food in Moraira in the evening light! The men among us were already fantasizing about coming back here with the bikes for a training week in the sun. This could be a wonderful base for this, partly due to its location near the famous Calpe!. . In short, do you like some luxury close to the beach, water and in the sun? Then this is one of the best places where we have spent our holidays on the Spanish east coast and therefore highly recommended!. . Thank you Frank, we will definitely be back!!

A week on holiday at Casa SOL Y MAR to never forget. Everything was great, the villa is fully equipped, super equipped kitchens, satellite TV, wifi .... modern furnishings, cozy rooms with good spacious box-spring beds and spacious fitted wardrobes and beautiful bathrooms with modern sanitary facilities and very important to us, the sufficient cooling capacity (air conditioners in bedrooms and several fridges and freezers). The outdoor kitchen with bar at the spacious swimming pool was great. The location of the villa is ideal, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants, we hardly ever used our car. In the evening lounging on the roof terrace bathed in mood lighting and enjoying the breathtaking sea views was fantastic. Walking to Moraira with its good restaurants and atmospheric bars created a real holiday atmosphere. The contacts with Frank (owner) were also smooth and very correct. Both before the rental and after. Casa Sol Y Mar is a winner, highly recommended! We had a great time and will definitely return!
